Back in 2010, I got my first job as a Headhunter! The title sounded exciting, but I didn’t know much more!

I had an amazing experience in recruitment, where I have learnt tons of things, had tons of funny stories and as importantly, I realized how fun and hard work go so well together. Eventually, I decided to go back to Barcelona. I asked myself how my career would evolve, and from there, Blu Selection was born.

We are not your regular recruiters.   Your responsibilities and impact as a Recruitment Consultant will be: You will ensure a qualitative full candidates’ recruitment process by: Analyzing the clients’ needs and establishing a profile and search plan to respond to it Sourcing and hunting candidates using the company’s network Developing new sourcing channels Advertising open vacancies Qualifying Candidate through interviews Developing your own candidates’ network Following up with candidates Being involved in the Candidates' career management Participating in the online marketing strategy and company visibility & positioning Leading & being part of Ad-hoc projects You also will be in charge of maintaining and developing your Clients portfolio: Identifying leads and developing new clients’ partnerships Managing your account with weekly & daily communication with your Client Being the SPOC of your Client within Blu Selection Developing and maintain a good and close relationship with your Clients Defining the recruitment needs with your Clients   What’s in it for you?
